Makala, fiance of Captain Smite.
I've done so many renders of Mak in armour or in her piratey clothes, I wanted something a little more normal. Something that Smite sees waiting at the door for him. It didn't quite turn out like that, it was never intended to be a portrait..but one camera angle caught my eyes..and y'can see the rest.
A gift for Smite, as a thanks for his friendship and the fantastic RP.

Whether it was a gift or not...this has got to be one of the most fantastic works of art I have seen for a long time.
Especially Makala's face...you captured so much emotion there, as portraits often do. A snapshot of everything you poured into the character.
